Welcome!
My name is Alicia Rodríguez
I have had an extensive sports career. For years I was a trainer in guided activities and spinning. Most of them were high-impact activities. Over time, my body began to suffer and I had to slow down. It was then that I began my studies in Naturopathy, where I began to take care of myself on the inside as well and thanks to natural techniques, I was able to improve my quality of life through nutrition and conscious consumption.
Through Naturopathy, I began to give more importance to taking care of my body and listening to it, which led me to the Pilates method, certified by the PMA Pilates Method Alliance.
Daily life, work, children, family, take up too much of our time. If we do not have any pathology due to injury or illness, we can end up with contractures due to stress or our tendons and muscles can become stiff due to not stretching properly. Our body speaks to us through ailments and illnesses.
The Pilates method offers you a way to exercise in a coherent and non-injurious way. Through the fundamental pillars of the practice, such as pelvic alignment, elongation of the spine, coordination and thoracic and diaphragmatic breathing, you can correct spinal deviations, improve your quality of life if you have hernias or discopathies, relieve pain in hyperlordosis or hyperkyphosis, strengthen and tone your muscles and pelvic floor, in short, a methodology designed to correct, improve and strengthen your entire body.
